Brianna is a Nationally Board Certified Occupational Therapist with license to practice in the state of North Carolina. She received her Bachelors in Occupational Science and received her Masters in Occupational Therapy from the University at Buffalo in Buffalo, NY.
Brianna has great rapport with children and she has always known that her career choice would involve working with the pediatric population. She has had the opportunity to work with children in various settings including, a hospital, preschools, and within their natural environment. Brianna has experience with a variety of diagnoses including, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrome, Traumatic Brain Injuries, Spinal Cord Injuries, and a variety of developmental disorders. Brianna enjoys working with children to help them achieve their potential using a variety of evidenced-based strategies and techniques, while supporting families with individualized home programming.
Brianna is certified in the SOS Approach to Feeding, and is trained in treating Trauma with Children, use of the DIR Floortime Method, and Sensory Integration Techniques. Her therapeutic knowledge and love for children comes through with every family interaction.
